Dr. Wing graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Zoology and a minor in Psychology. He attended dental school at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where he earned his D.D.S. degree. His lifelong interest in orthodontics prompted him to stay at Marquette for another two years to complete his orthodontic residency and earn his Master of Science degree.
Dr. Wing met his wife, Melissa, when he was at BYU, and she introduced him to the beauty and warm climate of Arizona, where she was raised. She was convinced that Arizona was the perfect place to raise a family, and Dr. Wing agreed that it would be the ideal setting to thaw out after six Midwestern winters. Today they have two daughters and two sons (Alexa, Mackenzie, Ethan, and Preston), and whenever Dr. Wing is not having fun with them, he loves movies, golf, basketball, and tennis. He also enjoys coaching his kids’ soccer teams, as well as participating in his local church activities. He considers himself extremely lucky to be in a profession where he can change people’s lives by improving their smile and enhancing their self-image.
