At Wing Orthodontics, we offer text message (SMS) communications to our patients in order to provide convenient, timely information about appointments, account status, treatment updates, and other office communications. This Texting Policy & Terms explains how we use text messaging, what you consent to when you opt in, your rights, and how to opt out.

2. Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and selecting the opt-in checkbox on our appointment request or other forms, you agree to receive automated or manual text messages from Wing Orthodontics at the number you provided. These may include:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• Account notifications and updates
• Treatment updates and follow-up messages
• General office communications, and conversational messages

3. Message Frequency & Costs

Message frequency may vary depending on your treatment, appointment schedule, account status, or communications needs. Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s plan.

4. Opt-Out / STOP / HELP Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time. To opt out:

• Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After sending STOP, you will no longer receive further SMS messages from us (except possibly a one-time confirmation that you have been removed).

Your mobile number will be retained in our database as long as needed to support your communications preferences and account status. After you opt out, the number may be retained only for records and compliance.
